Prodlacta to raise capital

Brasov-based dairy producer Prodlacta has been suspended from trading on the Rasdaq over-the-counter market ahead of the company's planned capital increase operation. Currently the company has a share capital of 10.16 billion lei, divided into shares with a 1,000 lei face value. Its majority shareholder is the Employees' Association, which controls a 51 per cent stake.
