Consultants chosen for Distrigaz

Credit Suisse First Boston, the Romanian American Enterprise Fund (RAEF) and law firm Miculiti & Asociatii SCPA Linklaters have been appointed privatization consultants for Distrigaz, the national gas distributor, but the official announcement is still to be made, BBW has learned.
Competitors in the final shortlist included: ABN Amro, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank and a consortium comprising PricewaterhouseCoopers and HSBC, according to Horia Manda, senior investment officer with RAEF.
