Strong fight announces btw. Băsescu and the barons

Annalists say that, this year, the local authority will consolidate and become very powerful, while during the presidential elections, we could face a “anti-barons” speech.

“The degree of country’s democratization seems to be constantly decreasing with every measure proposed by the current administration” according to the document, which goes on with a serious warning.

Annalists think that if the entire hypothesis built up confirm, then we’ll have a state made up of districts or politically uncolored ministers.

Nica: 2009 budget is going to affect all ministries
